Bescom was formed as a Limited Company in 1977 to provide a technical service to the Building Engineering Services industry.

Our aims

Primarily to meet the ever growing commercial demands for practical experience and professional expertise within this sector. In order to satisfy these demands we have an Engineering Staff of various grades. All of our staff are holders of SKILLcards, with industry accreditation as their foundation. We hold Corporate Membership status with the CSA (Commissioning Specialists Assoc) as the principal body ensuring high standards within our industry.

Our activities are also guided by the recognised standards and codes of practice as laid down by BSRIA and CIBSE. In addition, we are also a Quality Assured Company, recognised under the dictates of ISO 9001:2000
